Overall I like the product very much, one could spend several times that amount for a similar product that basically does the same thing. What I think is missing is that a typical home owner or re-modeler should not attempt to do the final installation of these products. The wire diagrams are a little confusing (my electrician was told by the electrical inspector that the main harness is not legal for Washington state). My A/C technician asked "How was I able to purchase the unit without a license since it's sold with a charge?" There is a bit of a process, using special equipment required to make the final refrigerant connections. Lastly there is a special wire connection that is key to keep the unit from freezing up with very little direction in the instructions. I only know this because I failed & my tech failed to get this installed... Aside from those key points, which can be overcome with the right personnel, I like the product & will look to purchase again!
